“Family of four with two children: We were quite impressed that our room was cleaned everyday, the staff even folded our clothes neatly - we didn't leave any clothes lying around after this because we felt we were giving them extra work. The receptionists were very attentive. The rooftop restaurant had fantastic views - a bit pricey but we ate there twice because of the view. Our only concern is that the pool towels smelled a bit funky, i think because the wet towels are left for a while……

“We had the most amazing view of the bay from our room that it was hard to believe that it was real. The hotel is in a bit of a secluded area, but there are plenty of things at the hotel and around and uber rides were easy and convenient to nearby locations. The staff were absolutely amazing and we felt very well taken care of the entire trip. Our room felt a little dated but very clean and again: that view!!!”

“I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services……

“I enjoy the stay at the hotel. My room is clean, comfortable and spacious. Staffers are nice and friendly. The bus stop to Valletta and airport is just situated in front of the hotel.
